Zachry Industrial Services Group offers a complete array of reliability, maintenance, construction, shutdown/outage, technical, consulting and plant support services. We currently perform maintenance and capital services at more than 90 customer locations. Markets served include, but are not limited to pulp and paper, chemical and refining, power generation and metals.

Our objective is to lower our customers’ total cost of ownership and operation. We achieve that goal by working closely with the customer’s personnel and their systems to provide technologies, management, direct resources and work processes that optimize maintenance and capital programs. We use rigorous internal and external performance measures, aggressive goal-setting and innovative performance contracting strategies to customize relationships that deliver validated, world-class results.

Refining/Chemical

Zachry Industrial Services Group provides maintenance, reliability and turnaround services to leading producers in the refining and chemical industries including Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Dow, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Invista and Monsanto. Zachry Industrial Services Group uses a turnaround excellence process, created specifically to compliment our customers’ procedures to plan and execute turnarounds. Our goal is to optimize safety, cost and duration, reducing the resources required to conduct the turnaround—all through teamwork, effective communication, continuous improvement and accountability.

Power

Zachry Industrial Services Group currently performs supplemental and emergency maintenance, capital improvement projects and outages for customers whose systems include 27 stations with more than 23,000 megawatts of fossil-fired capacity. We maintain

CE, B&W, Foster Wheeler and Riley Stoker boilers and numerous AQCS installations, including precipitators and SCRs. Zachry Industrial Services Group's energy customers include AEP, APS, CLECO, Duke Energy, TECO and SRP. We provide services for these customers on a regional basis and often use a teaming approach for project and outage planning. This lets us share the risks and rewards associated with meeting cost and schedule goals to manage performance effectively.

Pulp and Paper/Manufacturing

For more than 40 years, Zachry Industrial Services Group has provided construction, procurement, maintenance and outage/shutdown services to the U.S. pulp and paper industry. We also perform recovery and power boiler inspections, repairs and retrofit projects. Our current supplemental and total maintenance customers in the pulp and paper industry include International Paper and MeadWestvaco; and Alcoa and Archer Daniels Midland in the manufacturing sector.
